OFFICIAL RULES GREENS TO SCREENS - THE ULTIMATE GOLF LIFE SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes")

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. Sponsor & Administrator

    This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by WearSPF, 20 Commerce Street, East Haven, CT 06512 (“Sponsor”). The participating partner brands listed in Section 5 are prize providers only and are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.

  2. Sweepstakes Period

    The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on December 3, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Winner selection will occur on or about December 6, 2025.

  3. Eligibility

    The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible due to each state’s registration and bonding requirements for prize promotions.

    Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, participating partner brands, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of any such employees, officers, or directors are not eligible to enter or win.

    The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  4. How to Enter

    There are two (2) ways to enter:

    • Online Entry: During the Entry Period, (i) visit wearspf.com/sweepstakes or (ii) submit your entry via an official lead-generation advertisement for this Sweepstakes on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram) from Sponsor or authorized participating partners. In either case, provide your valid email address and any other required fields, and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry.
    • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using the online method, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address (if available), phone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card or piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Greens to Screens - The Ultimate Golf Life Sweepstakes c/o WearSPF 20 Commerce Street, East Haven, CT 06512.

    Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2025, and received by December 6, 2025, to be eligible.

    Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household for the entire Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Any attempt to submit more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

    Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

  5. Prize

    One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the "Ultimate Golf Life Package," which consists of the following components provided by the participating partner brands:

    • Carl’s Place: Golf Simulator Enclosure, Mat & Impact Screen (ARV: $2,479.00)
    • Rapsodo: MLM2PRO + 12 Titleist 2025 Pro V1 RPT Golf Balls (ARV: $769.98)

    • BenQ: Golf Simulator Projector (ARV: $2,899.00)
    • Greyson Clothier: Gift Card (ARV: $1,000.00)
    • Troon Golf: One-Year Access Plus Pass (ARV: $500.00)
    • Titleist + FootJoy: 4 Dozen Titleist Balls + FootJoy Golf Shoes and Shoe Bag (ARV: $500.00)
    • WearSPF: Sun Care Package + Justin Thomas Autographed Gear (ARV: $1,000.00)

    Approximate Total Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $13,116.98.

    Actual value may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled and delivered directly by each participating partner brand. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues in prize fulfillment by the participating partner brands.

    Prizes are non-transferable and awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize component with an item of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Gift cards and passes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

    The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance, receipt, and/or use not specified herein as being provided. The winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID number for tax reporting purposes, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the total ARV of the prize.

  6. Winner Selection & Notification

    On or about December 6, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    The drawing will be conducted using RANDOM.ORG’s certified random number generator, and Sponsor will retain the official Certificate of Randomness for its records.

    The potential winner will be notified by email or telephone within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

    If the potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) fails to respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt; (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) fails to timely return any required documents; or (v) fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Verification & Publicity

    The potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and any applicable tax forms (such as an IRS W-9 form) within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

    By accepting the prize, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees (including participating partner brands) permission to use their name, likeness (photograph and/or video), voice, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

  8. General Conditions

    By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

  9. Release & Limitation of Liability

    By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, participating partner brands, any third-party promoters, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind arising out of or related to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, whether caused by negligence or not. This includes, without limitation, any claims for death, bodily injury, or property damage.

    Released Parties are not responsible or liable for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail; (ii) technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property (including computer systems) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use/misuse of any prize.

  10. Governing Law

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    As a condition of participating, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Haven County, Connecticut; (ii) in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes); and (iii) entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

  11. Privacy

    By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Sponsor and the participating partner brands for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling prizes, and for future marketing communications. Entrants understand that by submitting their email address, they are opting in to receive promotional emails from WearSPF and each participating partner brand listed in Section 5. Each brand is independently responsible for its own marketing communications and privacy practices. Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of future communications at any time by following the instructions in any email they receive. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to unaffiliated third parties. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at wearspf.com/privacy-policy.

  12. Severability

    If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  13. Winners List

    To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Greens to Screens - Winner Request, 20 Commerce Street, East Haven, CT 06512.

    Requests must be received within six (6) months after the end of the Entry Period.
